Our Client is a company which is part of one of the largest global suppliers of mechanical subsystems and components for customers in the automotive, industrial and medical applications.

Main responsibilites:
• providing the board with assistance in managing the electronic mail,
• organizing business trips (flights, hotels, trains or other means of transport, meals, taxi) for the board and employees,
• board and guest service and organization of business meetings (internal and external),
• running the calendar of the board,
• preparing reports from the board meetings,
• telephone service of company customers, suppliers, and employees,
• preparing company presentations for the board,
• preparing, recording, and archiving translations, company internal documents (regulations, announcements, decisions of the board),
• preparing translations for other departments according to needs,
• accounting business trip expenses of the board,
• managing the circulation of correspondence in a company,
• organizing and managing the work time of the company driver,
• internal brand building (in cooperation with HR),
• supporting internal communication (in cooperation with HR),
• other superior's orders.

Primary requirments:
• up to 1 year of experience on a comparable position in international company,
• bachelor's Degree: language, organization, economic profile,
• fluent English,
• communicative German welcome,
• ability to make and maintain good relationships with other people,
• organizational skills,
• availability readiness for business trips.
